Falcon Pure Custom Golf Irons
Looking for a better iron game?
Falcon Golf is your answer...
Our exciting game-improvement iron design, coupled with specially high-performance fitted True-Temper golf shafts, are designed specifically for the mid-to-high handicap player.
The low center of gravity and deep perimeter weighting will help players hit higher, straighter shots. Also, the wide, cambered sole and beveled leading edge minimize the effect of "fat" shots.
For over almost a half-century FALCON has been one of golf's premier brands. Thousands of highly satisfied golfers both locally and abroad experienced first-hand, the enviable FALCON heritage.
Today FALCON is greater than ever! With a new high-performance iron design and the well-proven commitment to carefully make every set to precisely fit each golfer's individual physical characteristics and personal swing style. Each club is carefully made to precisely fit you and your swing. It all adds up to an iron that is longer, straighter, and much easier to hit.
The FALCON Story
Few in the golf industry have as interesting a story as FALCON GOLF. Here are just some of the highlights:
When FALCON began over forty years ago, Eli Callaway was in the textile business; Karsten Solheim was working on his first PING irons, Gary Adams the founder of Taylor-Made was selling driving range supplies; Jim Flood who started Aldila, the producer of the first graphite shaft, was still a stock broker; and Tom Crow originator of Cobra Golf was a salesman in Australia.
The big names in golf were Wilson, Spalding and MacGregor. All iron heads were forged and woods were hand-made persimmon. The shaft of choice was chrome-plated steel. Grips were moving from wrapped leather to slip-on rubber. Everything was made here in America.
Today the business is dominated by huge, foreign based diversified corporations. Even Titleist an American icon, is now South Korean owned. Almost everything.....grips, shafts, heads, as well as, the completed golf club, come from someplace other than the USA.
The industry as a whole has changed from form to fashion. With an over-abundance of wild unsubstantiated claims. Unfortunately there is no truth-in-advertising policy in the golf club business.
Just tell the market what they want to hear - longer, longer, longest - with high powered, incredibly expensive marketing. A two-page spread in GOLF or Golf Digest can cost as much as $390,000.00. THAT'S RIGHT! Almost $400,000.00 for just one issue! Many tour players get as much as $1,000.000.00 a year for just a logo on their cap or visor. Before NIKE got out of the golf business they had signed Rory McIroy to a mind-boggling $250,000.000 that was to paid over the next 10 years.
So how in the world can FALCON GOLF USA not only survive, but better yet, even thrive for over four decades in this hostile environment? Simple. We kept our eye on the ball, by producing a better performing golf club. One that out-performs all the others - and here is how we did it:
We removed all of the weight from the cavity of the iron, except for an extremely thin, almost weightless, aluminum medallion. And we made the face thinner than any club on the market. This allowed us to carefully position the weight to the extreme perimeter.
It all adds up to the industry's most highly responsive face and a sweet-spot significantly larger than any other iron made. This is what delivers better distance and unmatched accuracy.
Great to hear from you, hope all is well.
